In keeping with our standard to provide an exceptional health care experience to every patient, Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush offers a financial hardship program to those experiencing difficulties meeting their financial responsibilities.
In order to determine if you qualify for financial hardship, you must download and complete the application in its entirety and submit along with the requested information. We cannot provide approval status if any of the requested information is missing.
