Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is a proud partner of the Chicago Force Women's Football Team. Marketing Director, Paul Strandquist was honored to perform the ceremonial coin toss at Saturday's game when the Chicago Force took on the undefeated Kansas City Tribe. Paul stood in for Dr. Kathy Weber, team physician of the Force. Dr. Weber was traveling with the Chicago Bulls for the second round of playoffs and regretfully was unable to attend.

Sunday, May 8 - The KC Tribe came to Chicago undefeated at 4-0 and had not given up one point on defense.

But the Chicago Force MVP Jessica Springer and all her teammates were a FORCE to be reckoned with in a 34 - 26 victory.

Saturday, May 7 - Winnemac Stadium - Chicago

Friday was a big sports day in Chicago with a Bulls blowout victory and yes - another Sox and Cubs loss.

There is another great professional sports team in Chicago turning a few heads and garnering media attention. The Chicago Force Women's Tackle Football Team. In this early 2011 season - the Chicago Force are 3-0 with a combined score of 156-7. WOW !!!!

Dr. Kathy Weber of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush has been the Force team physician for six years.

While Dr. Weber is traveling as team doctor for the Chicago Bulls in Atlanta - I am proud to stand in for her, as Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush has been invited to perform the Ceremonial Coin toss at the Chicago Force home game vs. the KC TRIBE!!
