Health insurance usually covers most or all of your MRI scan. Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush participates in most major insurance plans. In some cases, a co-payment is collected at the time of your appointment, otherwise you will be billed at a later date. Please remember to bring the referral form you received from your physician, your health insurance ID card and any preauthorizations you may have received.
