Dr. Brian Cole, Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush sports medicine physician, was on CSN Chicago to explain the recent procedure performed on Brian Urlacher, Chicago Bears' middle linebacker. The procedure is said to help speed up the recovery process. Urlacher suffered a knee injury in January during the game against Minnesota.

"All of us are looking at the setting of injury for magic or pixie dust for the injury to go away or to make it heal faster," Dr. Cole said. "And that's a commendable effort and there actually are things we can do to speed up the process."
