As Chicago temperatures continue to climb, doctors warn athletes about the dangers of outdoor exercise in extreme heat. Dr. Kathy Weber, an internal sports medicine specialist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush was recently featured on ABC7 news to discuss precautions that athletes should take when exercising outdoors.
