The Sports Medicine physicians of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush are proud to join the Healthy TXT™ Football Tips Campaign. The MOR Sports Medicine department has partnered with other local sports medicine physicians and surgeons to deliver the Be Unstoppable Football Tips Campaign.

The campaign is a highly collaborative effort to reach parents, athletes, coaches and athletic trainers via text message. The public service venture was launched by Dr. Vishal Mehta to educate the public in injury prevention as well as motivate young athletes to be unstoppable both on and off the field. The campaign will have a special focus on concussion education and awareness, a topic that has garnered much interest in recent months with return-to-play guidelines being set.

Subscribers to the campaign will be registered to win prizes including an iPad 2 and custom made football helmets by Xenith. The campaign is launching in football, but will be followed by campaigns in hockey, lacrosse and baseball.
