Sports medicine, women's sports medicine physician, Dr. Kathleen Weber is now entering her fifth year as team physician for the Chicago Force Women's Tackle Football team. "I became involved in team ownership in 2005. Securing a superior medical staff was a top priority" said Force Owner and GM Linda Bache. Linda, who also plays for the team, went on to say, "We're extremely fortunate to have the medical care that Dr. Weber and the MOR staff have provided. Football is a physical and punishing sport. Our medical staff provides us with the critical support that is necessary for our athletes to compete at the highest level possible. MOR is an important part of our team."

The Force began their season on Saturday, April 3 at Winnemack Stadium/Jorndt Field, taking on the Wisconsin Warriors. They defeated the Warriors and went on to beat the Wisconsin Wolves the following Saturday. The Force now prepares to travel to their first away game.
