Dr. Mark Cohen's patient Jessica Hoeksema of Elmhurst is back to tennis after surgery to repair her elbow condition. Dr. Cohen, Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush hand, wrist and elbow surgeon, removed and replaced the damaged portion of cartilage. Overuse injuries continue to rise for young athletes like Jessica according to a study conducted by Illinois Athletic Trainers Association and Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush.
