MOR sports medicine physicians Dr. Bernard Bach, Dr. Charles Bush-Joseph, and Dr. Kathy Weber were featured on Comcast SportsNet, SportsNite to discuss the STOP Sports Injuries Campaign. The campaign is one that looks at the rapidly growing incidence of injuries among young athletes and the need to reverse the trend. Sports medicine orthopaedic surgeons have seen two trends emerge recently: a rapid rise in the number of youth sports injures and a drop in the age of young athletes with overuse injuries. These trends are fueled by a lack of proper injury prevention education.
