DIRECTIONS

FROM NORTH OR SOUTH

I-355

  • Exit I-355 at North Avenue
  • Take North Avenue west to County Farm Road
  • Turn left on County Farm Road
  • Take County Farm Road to Jewell Road
  • Turn right on Jewell Road
  • Drive 100 yards and turn right onto hospital grounds and proceed to east entrance

I-294 (TRI-STATE TOLLWAY)

  • Take I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) to I-88 (East-West Tollway)
  • Take I-88 to Winfield Road
  • Go north on Winfield Road
  • You will cross Route 38 (Roosevelt Road)
  • Stay on Winfield Road
  • Turn right onto Highlake Road at the light. Proceed to entrance #1 on the left.

FROM EAST

  • Take I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) to I-88 (East-West Tollway)
  • Take I-88 to Winfield Road
  • Go north on Winfield Road
  • You will cross Route 38 (Roosevelt Road)
  • Stay on Winfield Road
  • Turn right onto Highlake Road at the light. Proceed to entrance #1 on the left.

FROM O'HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

  • Take I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) south to I-88 (East-West Tollway)
  • Take I-88 to Winfield Road
  • Go north on Winfield Road
  • You will cross Route 38 (Roosevelt Road)
  • Stay on Winfield Road
  • Turn right onto Highlake Road at the light. Proceed to entrance #1 on the left.

FROM MIDWAY AIRPORT

  • Take I-55 south to I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) north to I-88 (East-West Tollway)
  • Take I-88 to Winfield Road
  • Go north on Winfield Road
  • You will cross Route 38 (Roosevelt Road)
  • Stay on Winfield Road
  • Turn right onto Highlake Road at the light. Proceed to entrance #1 on the left.
