The electronic health record is at the heart of our practice operations and helps us to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients.

Why are we transitioning?

Transitioning to a new electronic health record allows us to upgrade our current system to the latest healthcare technology. This will assist us in making your experience as a patient more convenient, reliable, and efficient across all of your interactions with us.

How does this affect me?

During our transition, you may be asked to complete forms that you have already completed. This is important so that we get all of your current health information into our new system.

We are committed to continuing to provide the same high quality care throughout our transition process. The main change you will see is with an improved electronic patient portal. While you will continue to be able to complete forms and view videos electronically, we are adding several other features to the patient portal including:

  • View past and upcoming appointments

  • Pay a bill

  • Allow family members access to health information

We are currently building out more features to our patient portal and we encourage you to log on and learn more once this becomes available to you!

What do I need to do?

  • During your first interaction with your new patient portal, you will be asked to set up a new username and password to access these features and your online medical forms.
  • During this transition, you may notice some changes to our workflows, and ask that you please be patient with us while we work out any unexpected issues.

Should you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with a member of our staff.
