Emily uses a combination of close collaboration with physicians at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, and evidence-based medicine, to provide the highest level of care in treating patients with non-surgical and surgical foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine and shoulder injuries. She has an interest in treating endurance athletes such as runners, cyclists, and swimmers as well as recreational athletes. She has a passion for working with patients with various knee pathologies such as patellofemoral syndrome, ligamentous and meniscus injuries, and osteoarthritis.

Emily is also involved in home health physical therapy to help patients recovering from total joint replacements increase function in the comfort of their own home and help them progress to outpatient PT.  She spends part of her work week at the Gold Coast Surgicenter providing post-operative PT to patients receiving outpatient joint replacement surgery.

As a Chicago native, Emily enjoys rooting for her home teams, especially the White Sox, Blackhawks, Bulls and Bears. In her free time she enjoys exercising, cooking, trying new restaurants, and teaching her dog new tricks.
