Kate earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland Baltimore. Her experiences at the University of Maryland included treating in outpatient settings with manual physical therapy as well as treating in a comprehensive acute care rehabilitation clinic for patients with multi-trauma and spinal corded injuries. At Midwest Orthopaedics at RUSH she works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team utilizing evidence-based medicine to provide high quality care to treat a variety of orthopaedic surgical and non-surgical injuries to the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle. Before joining the staff at MOR, Kate worked as an athletic trainer at both the high school and university levels. While she worked with a variety of sports teams, Kate has worked closely with athletes in gymnastics, golf, soccer, and running. Kate is dedicated to working with patients across the lifespan to help them return to the activities they love.
