Lia graduated from Boston University in Boston, MA with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She evaluates and treats a variety of surgical and non-surgical patients with pain and deficits in the knee, shoulder, hip, lumbar spine, cervical spine, foot, and ankle. She uses movement-based therapy and manual therapy during sessions. Additionally, she holds an interest in the application of strength and movement performance to her patient’s daily activities. Having worked with collegiate sports teams during her athletic training clinical affiliations, Lia enjoys treating athletes striving to return to play. She has a special interest in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. Lia values the team approach of collaborating with physicians at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush to improve patient outcomes and create a high quality experience.
