When the temperatures drop, falling on the snow and ice becomes a common threat. When people go down, the most common injuries are to the hand, wrist and elbow. Dr. Mark Cohen (hand, wrist and elbow surgeon) of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and Rush University Medical Center, talks with NBC5 and CBS2 about the proper way to fall in icy conditions in Chicago.
