Plyo Prep Screen

For athletes recovering from a hip or leg injury preparing to begin jumping or sprinting after injury. Range of motion, average strength, power production, balance, and stability are measured in our sports performance lab. This information is used to identify an athlete's specific needs as rehabilitation demands ramp up in speed and sport specificity.

Lower Body Assessment

For athletes recovering from a hip or leg injury transitioning from physical therapy into sports performance or sport. Range of motion, average strength, power production, balance, and stability are measured in our sports performance lab. This information is used to identify an athlete's specific needs as rehabilitation ramps down and returning to sport ramps up.

Throwing Prep Screen

For athletes beginning to throw. Range of motion, average strength, power production, balance, and stability is measured in our sports performance lab. This information is used to identify an athlete's specific needs for the foundational movements needed to properly throw utilizing the entire body in the throwing motion.

Throwing Assessment

For athletes that have been throwing regularly at least 120 feet in distance or off of the mound. Range of motion, average strength, power production, balance, and stability are measured in our sports performance lab. Information from our 3D motion capture lab is used to identify an athlete's specific needs for the foundational movements needed to improve throwing performance while reducing injury risk.

Running Assessment

For athletes who can run for at least 5 minutes without pain. Range of motion, average strength, power production, balance, and stability are measured in our sports performance lab. Information from our 3D motion capture lab is used to identify an athlete's specific needs for the foundational movements needed to improve running performance and reduce injury risk.

Injury Risk Assessment

For athletes that would like to utilize sports performance services, but don't fit into the criteria for our other assessments. Range of motion, average strength, power production, balance, and stability are measured in our sports performance lab. We'll use all of the tools at our disposal to identify your deficits and help guide you toward meeting your goals.

Training

For athletes established with the Sports Performance Center with an assessment. Our sports performance and sports medicine staff will work together to create a training program to address the needs identified in your assessment. You will be given workout and access to our exercise app to perform your training. Your training can be done independently or at regular intervals in person.
