Biography
Dr. Madhu K. Singh is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, specializing in interventional spine care. She has special expertise in disorders of the spine, including neck, low back and sacrum, with an interest in both acute and chronic pain, osteoarthritis of the spine and fibromyalgia. Dr. Singh is also certified in medical acupuncture.
After earning her medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Birmingham, AL, Dr. Singh went on to become chief resident at the University of North Carolina, in Chapel Hill. She completed her Interventional Spine Fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic, OH.
Dr. Singh's professional affiliations include: International Spine Intervention Society, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, North American Spine Society and the North American Sikh Medical and Dental Association.
