Dr. Bernard J. Bach, sports medicine surgeon at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, was featured in an article on practice management site Continuum which discussed how medical practices incorporate art into their work places. Dr. Bach talks about his role in the art acquisition for his group’s new facility on the Rush University Medical Center campus.
“Personally, I love to do woodworking and glass-blowing. Some of my art is on the walls of the practice. And, in the pediatric area, there’s an area where walls were painted by an artist. One wall is an image of the White Sox baseball stadium, and the other wall shows spectators yelling and screaming,” Dr. Bach says.
