Jack Crowley is a physical therapist born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and attained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University with a cognate in Athletic Injury and Rehabilitation.
Jack has clinical experience across outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, acute care, and neurologic rehabilitation. His professional interests include treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-operative shoulder, hip, and knee rehabilitation, and return-to-sport training. He utilizes evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise progression, and neuromuscular re-education, to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy.
Jack has a lifelong passion for sports and staying active. He enjoys basketball, football, volleyball, and baseball, and he also competes in triathlons. A dedication to lifelong learning and clinical excellence drives him. His commitment is to continually advance his knowledge, refine skills, and integrate innovative approaches that bridge science, movement, and performance. His ultimate goal is to elevate patient outcomes and help individuals unlock their full potential in health and recovery.
