Jaden Trometer, PT, is originally from Wheaton, Illinois, and brings a strong foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation to her clinical practice. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and athletic injuries.
Jaden emphasizes a whole-person approach to care, a philosophy shaped during her education at Marquette University through the principle of cura personalis, meaning “care for the whole person.” She strives to understand not only a patient’s injury or diagnosis, but also their lifestyle, goals, and individual challenges in order to deliver personalized and effective treatment.
She has a particular interest in working with active individuals and endurance athletes, drawing from her own experience as a marathon runner and multisport athlete with a background in soccer, cycling, and swimming. This active lifestyle enhances her understanding of movement, performance, and injury prevention, allowing her to help patients of all ages safely return to activity, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Jaden enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and staying active in any way she can.
