Caitlin Ward, MD

Caitlin Ward, originally from Hampshire, IL, is an orthopedic surgery resident with a passion for improving patient outcomes through research in pre-operative optimization prior to arthroplasty, reducing health disparities, and minimizing trauma patient recidivism. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys traveling, hiking, playing Spikeball, making fresh pasta, and exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene. A fun fact: she’s hiked in 18 of the 63 U.S. National Parks.
