Dr. Frank Phillips, a minimally invasive spine surgeon at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and Director of the Division of Spine Surgery at Rush University Medical Center, recently traveled to Nagoya, Japan to speak at the second SOLAS Japan Annual Meeting. Dr. Phillips, who presented “Fifteen years of lateral access surgery: Lessons learned and future horizons,” served as the meeting’s keynote speaker. He is a past president of SOLAS.
