MOR Surgeons Dr. Brian Cole & Dr. Kern Singh Named to Crain's 2026 Notable Leaders in Healthcare

Two Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush (MOR) surgeons have been named to the 2026 Crain’s Chicago Business ‘Notable Leaders in Healthcare’ list: Brian J. Cole, MD, MBA, and Kern Singh, MD. The list was announced on Monday, April 13.
This year’s ‘Notable Leaders in Health Care’ group spans hospital and clinic executives, clinicians, researchers, nonprofit heads, innovators, insurers, and advisers shaping care delivery and policy.
Dr. Cole is the Managing Partner and a sports medicine surgeon at MOR. He is also the Associate Chairman and Professor at Rush University Medical Center; Chairman, Department of Surgery, Rush Oak Park Hospital; and head team physician for the Chicago Bulls.
Dr. Singh is a minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgeon at MOR. He also serves as Vice Chairman, Clinical Affairs, Department of Orthopedic Surgery; Professor; and Director of the Division of Spine Surgery, Rush University Medical Center.
