Alfonzo is a float physical therapist at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush, bringing over 10 years of clinical orthopedic experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University.
His interest in physical therapy was sparked by personal orthopedic injuries and his travels around the world, which also fueled his desire to work in various locations. Alfonzo is committed to lifelong learning and providing high-quality, compassionate care to enhance functional outcomes and improve patients' quality of life. He collaborates closely with other physical therapists, case managers, and physicians at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush to ensure continuity of care.
Outside of work, Alfonzo enjoys listening to music, connecting with friends, and traveling.
