Isabel Sison, PT, DPT

Isabel brings a lifelong athletic background to her practice, having competed in basketball and ultimate frisbee before continuing in recreational sports after college. That personal experience with sports injuries gives her a deeper understanding of what patients are going through and a genuine commitment to helping them return to the activities they love.

Her approach centers on open communication and patient education, believing that informed patients are empowered patients. She works closely with each individual to restore function, support a return to sport, and build lasting habits around movement and exercise.

Outside the clinic, Isabel stays active through biking and walks with her dog.
