State–Of–Art Professional Building, Surgery Center and Sports Performance Center


Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush will occupy the first floor with 16 patient exam rooms along with a cast room, physical therapy, occupational therapy, MRI and X-ray imaging, and durable medical equipment services for orthopedic patients.

On the second floor, 50 patient exam rooms and 7 procedure rooms will be used by Rush physicians representing 17 specialties, including primary care and otolaryngology. The floor will have CT and X-ray imaging as well as a comprehensive breast imaging program with ultrasound and bone densitometry located close to the physician offices/exam rooms. The building will have an attached parking deck with about 485 spaces.

The building’s third floor will be an outpatient surgery center, where musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal and other surgical procedures will be performed. The surgery center will include six operating rooms; two procedure rooms; and 28 patient bays for pre-surgical preparation and post-surgical recovery, including two that will be outfitted for extended recovery for up to 23 hours.

Sports Performance Center

Within our new facility in Oak Brook is a state-of-the-art sports performance center dedicated to helping patients confidently return to sport after injury with programs such as a functional sports assessment. Additional services are also available such as blood flow restriction training, video throwing assessment, strength and conditioning services and video gait analysis.
