Rosa J. DelPino, PT, OCS, CEAS
Judy is a physical therapist with 26 years of experience in outpatient care. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Judy specializes in casting for orthotics, running wear selection, and gait analysis of runners and soccer players. She is skilled in differential diagnosis of lower quarter issues, including SIJ dysfunction and discogenic vs. facet joint involvement. Judy has also contributed to hip SIGs and addresses hip dysfunction alongside lumbar, thoracic, and shoulder pain syndromes. Currently, Judy focuses on evaluating and creating tailored programs for vestibular and concussive syndromes. She integrates concussion/vestibular assessments within FCEs to ensure accurate job matching and return-to-work planning for workers with injuries.
Michelle LeWan, PT, DPT
Michelle is a physical therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, specializing in the Outpatient in the Home program (OPITH) since 2024. She has been working with orthopedic and sports medicine patients since 2007, with a focus on runners and hip conditions. Michelle has also guided more than 10 students through their clinical rotations. At Midwest Orthopaedics, Michelle’s primary role involves early recovery for post-operative knee and hip replacements in patients' homes. She emphasizes communication and continuity of care in collaboration with physicians and their teams, aiming to help patients achieve a higher quality of life following their surgeries. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys hiking, traveling to national parks, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Robert LeBeau, PT, ScD, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Bob LeBeau earned his Doctor of Science (ScD) in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University. Dr. LeBeau is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists (FAAOMPT). His research, education, and clinical focus are on manual therapy, movement science, and hip pain. Dr. LeBeau is also an author, educator, and speaker specializing in movement science and non-arthritic hip pain therapy.
Lily Lucas, PT, DPT
Lily is a Physical Therapist at the South Loop location of Midwest Orthopedics at Rush. She completed a 6-year Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Ithaca College, where her passion for PT and orthopedics deepened with each year. Lily enjoys treating post-operative patients and athletes, with a particular focus on soccer and basketball players. She is dedicated to helping patients navigate their rehab journey and return to the activities they love.
Samantha Knapp, DPT, ATC
Samantha has been a physical therapist with the Out-Patient in the Home program (OPITH) at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Aurora University (2003) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University (2008). Samantha began her career as an athletic trainer, working with high school athletes and in outpatient work-hardening programs. During graduate school, she developed an interest in skilled nursing, focusing on post-operative joint replacements, CVAs, Parkinson's, vestibular disorders, and cardiac patients. She worked in skilled nursing for 14 years. At Midwest Orthopaedics, Samantha specializes in post-operative rehabilitation for lower extremity joint replacements. She enjoys bringing one-on-one therapy to patients' homes and collaborates closely with physicians to provide patients with a comprehensive continuum of care.
Erin Harrison, PT, DPT, CSCS, SFDN
Erin Harrison is a physical therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, where she has managed the Lincoln Park location since 2019. She brings over 12 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in corrective exercise therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, and functional movement retraining. Erin earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Her expertise extends to treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, and she values collaborating with physicians and patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving functional and recreational goals. A passionate runner, Erin has completed three marathons and several shorter races. She has also helped develop running clinic programs to address impairments in runners. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally.
Erin Holt, PT, DPT, SCS
Erin Holt is a physical therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, currently practicing at the Chicago clinic. She discovered her passion for returning athletes to their sport while working at the UPMC Sports Complex and with the Pitt Football team in Pittsburgh. Erin completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Northeastern University, where she worked with Northeastern’s Division 1 athletes, providing venue coverage for women’s soccer, women’s hockey, men’s basketball, and men’s baseball. During her residency, Erin received specialized training in concussion rehabilitation and taught in Northeastern’s physical therapy department. She also worked the prestigious Boston Marathon, which sparked her interest in treating long-distance runners. Erin moved to Chicago in 2023 to join MOR and the Sports Physical Therapy Residency program faculty. She specializes in ACL, concussion, running, and hip rehabilitation, and enjoys helping all patients reach and exceed their goals. Outside of work, Erin enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, traveling, and reading.
